By accessing, purchasing, or using Swiss AI Master Training ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Swiss AI Master ("we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates we may make.
Swiss AI Master is an online AI training programme consisting of 28 interactive daily lessons, quiz questions, an AI-powered tutor, AI-generated video lessons, and a completion certificate. The Service is operated by:
The Service is designed for educational and informational purposes. It is intended for adult professionals and individuals seeking to develop knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
Upon successful payment of the one-time fee, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Your access is tied to the device and browser in which you first activate your access token. Your licence includes:
This licence is for your personal use only. You may not share your access credentials, resell access, or allow third parties to use your account.
The Service is offered at a one-time fee of CHF 28.00 (Swiss Francs). No subscription or recurring charges apply.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TWINT (where available). All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Swiss VAT may apply where required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing for future purchases at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.
Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service — which grants full access to all course content upon payment — we generally do not offer refunds once access has been activated.
However, we want every student to have a positive experience. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course content, please contact us at info@swissaimaster.ch within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve your issue or consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
This refund policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under Swiss law or the laws of your country of residence.
All content within Swiss AI Master Training — including lesson text, course structure, quiz questions, design, graphics, and the Swiss AI Master brand — is the intellectual property of Swiss AI Master and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these acceptable use conditions.
The Swiss AI Master Training includes an AI Tutor powered by Claude (developed by Anthropic, PBC) and AI-generated video lessons. The use of these features is subject to the following:
AI-generated video lessons are created on demand and may vary in content between sessions. We do not guarantee identical outputs on repeated generation.
A completion certificate is awarded to students who meet both of the following criteria:
Certificates are generated within the course platform and may be printed or saved by the student. The certificate recognises completion of the Swiss AI Master 28-Day Training Programme. It is not equivalent to an accredited academic qualification.
You must enter your full legal name accurately on the certificate. Certificates issued with false names do not carry any validity.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
We make reasonable efforts to maintain and update the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swiss AI Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for access — CHF 28.00.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Swiss law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
